Sue worked as a nutritionist for over 25 years while her business, children and gardens grew. She won the Ben Franklin Technology Partners Big Idea Business Contest in 2003 winning first place for her newly started business Sue’s Salves, promoting the idea of plant-based skin care products long before herbal products were as mainstream as they are today. Sue has also been a contributing writer for The Therapeutic Thymes Magazine.  She is very devoted to working with herbalism, aromatherapy, nutrition, and as a botanical perfumer. Understanding that plants benefit us physically, emotionally, spiritually, and economically. Sue's programs help to teach us that we can be responsible for our personal health and the health of the planet when we connect to nature.

She enjoys hosting yearly Intimate Herbal Retreats at her historic home in Mill Hall PA. The retreats offer an opportunity to learn about herbal medicine hands-on.

Sue has been a popular public speaker for over 20 years, on topics related to herbalism.
